Henri Célestin Delmer (15 February 1907 – 2 March 1996)[1]was a Frenchfootballer who played as amidfielder. He was part ofFrance's squad for the1930[2] and1934[3]FIFA World Cups

He played 11 matches forFrance between 1930 and 1934. His first cap was againstCzechoslovakia on 11/05/1930.[9]

He was part of France's squad for the1930 FIFA World Cup,[10] and played one match in thegroup stage againstChile.[11]

His last cap was againstLuxembourg on 15/04/1934.[12]

He was part of France's squad for the1934 FIFA World Cup[13] but did not play in their only match in thetournament, a 3–2 defeat againstAustria.[14]
