Burchard Tuberflug,O.P. was a Roman Catholic prelate who served asAuxiliary Bishop of Konstanz (1471–?).[1][2][3][4][5]
Burchard Tuberflug was ordained a priest in theOrder of Preachers.[1] On 18 September 1471, he was appointed during the papacy ofPope Sixtus IV asAuxiliary Bishop of Konstanz andTitular Bishop ofSebaste in Cilicia.[1] On 22 September 1471, he was consecrated bishop byŠimun Vosić,Archbishop of Bar, with Benedictus,Titular Archbishop ofMitylene, and Giacomo,Bishop of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, serving as co-consecrators.[1] It is uncertain how long he served; the next auxiliary bishop of record in the diocese wasDaniel Zehender appointed in 1473.[1]
