Bundevara is apastry ofSerbian cuisine that is also known in related cuisines.[1][2]

It is a sweet pastry made of rolledphyllo, similar tostrudel, filled with sweetened gratedpumpkin pulp andbaked in anoven.Nutmeg,cinnamon or similarspices may be added, orraisins or gratedlemonrinds. It is usually dusted withicing sugar and/orvanilla sugar, and is served hot or cold.[3]
