Bulli Shire was alocal government area in theIllawarra region ofNew South Wales, Australia.

Bulli Shire was proclaimed on 7 March 1906, one of 134 shires created after the passing of theLocal Government (Shires) Act 1905.^[2]

The shire offices were inBulli.^[3] Other urban areas in the shire includedAustinmer,Helensburgh andWoonona.^[4]^[5]^[6]
