Bruno Lourenço Pinto de Almeida Paz (born 23 April 1998) is a professionalfootballer who plays as adefensive midfielder forLiga I clubOțelul Galați.[1] Born in Portugal, he plays for theAngola national team.

Football career

On 6 August 2016, Paz made his professional debut withSporting B in a2016–17 LigaPro match againstPortimonense.[2]

Paz made his senior debut forSporting CP in December 2018, when he was a 73rd-minute substitute in a 3-0Europa League win overVorskla Poltava.[3][4]

On 23 May 2022, Paz signed a two-year contract (with one-year extension option) withKonyaspor in Turkey.[5] In January 2025 he joinedZimbru Chișinău, after being afree agent since May.[6]

On 10 January 2026, the player moved toOțelul Galați fromLiga I, signing a two-and-a-half-year contract.[7]

International career

Paz was born in Portugal to Angolan parents. He's a youth international for Portugal, having played up to thePortugal U20s. He was called up to theAngola national team for2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches in March 2023.[8]
