Tributary of the Potomac River in Maryland, US

Broad Run is atributary stream of thePotomac River inMontgomery County,Maryland. Theheadwaters of the stream originate west of the town ofPoolesville, and the creek flows southward for 8.9 miles (14.3 km)^[1] to the Potomac River.^[2] The Broad Run and its watershed are almost entirely within theMontgomery County Agricultural Reserve.
