Brian Skeet is anEnglishdirector,writer,producer, andcinematographer. His work includesDocumentaries,Films andShort films, a lot of it touching on romance and theHIV/AIDS crisis.[1]

Biography

Skeet was born on November 21, 1965, inLondon. His father was a tailor and he attended high school inMaine. He acted in the musicalAnything Goes. At 17 years old he directed his first film - a student production ofThe Normal Heart. He attended university atCambridge, and while studying, played Max in a performance ofThe Homecoming. Skeet achieved aFirst with honors and graduated, subsequently working for theBBC. He worked withPeter Sellars to direct a production ofThe Merchant of Venice. After quitting his job at the BBC he made his first short film, The Boy Who Fell In Love, which he followed up by directingThe Misadventures of Margaret, which was received well at theSundance Film Festival. He has been married to Terry Cummings since November 22, 2008, who has worked on writing several of his films.[2][3][4]
