Boris Neveu (born 12 April 1986) is a Frenchslalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2004, specializing in K1 and kayak cross.[ 1]
He is a two-time individual K1 world champion and a two-time Olympian.
Neveu won 16 medals at theICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with five golds (K1:2014 ,2021 ; K1 team:2006 , 2014,2021 ), eight silvers (K1:2009 ; Kayak cross:2017 ,2018 ,2023 ; K1 team:2010 ,2011 , 2017,2023 ) and three bronzes (K1:2022 ; K1 team:2013 ,2022 ).
He also won nine medals at theEuropean Championships (3 golds, 3 silvers and 3 bronzes), including a bronze in theK1 team event at the2023 European Games inKraków .[ 2]
Neveu competed at two Olympic Games. He finished 7th in theK1 event at the2020 Summer Olympics inTokyo and 7th again inkayak cross at the2024 Summer Olympics inParis .[ 3]
Neveu finished 4th in the overallWorld Cup standings twice (2015 ,2019 ), and 5th twice (2014 ,2021 ). He finished the 2015 season as theWorld No. 1 in the K1 event.[ 4]
