Boris Petrovich Ignatyev (Russian:Борис Петрович Игнатьев, born 5 December 1940) is a Russian formerfootballmanager and player.

As a footballer, Ignatyev spent only one season in theSoviet Top League, withVolga Gorky in 1964. He played as amidfielder.

As a manager, Ignatyev won theUEFA European Under-19 Championship in 1988 with theSoviet Union. Between 1996 and 1998 he coached theRussia national team.
