Boomer's was a jazz club inGreenwich Village,New York City, during the 1970s. The club was a venue forbebop music.[1] Musicians includingBarry Harris,Kenny Barron,Art Farmer, andCedar Walton played the club,[2] and live albums including Walton'sA Night at Boomers, Vol. 1 andA Night at Boomers, Vol. 2, andArt Farmer Quintet at Boomers were recorded at the club. After Boomer's closed, the space was the location of Manatus, a Greek diner, for three decades.[3]
