Bonjar (Persian :بنجار )[ a] is a city in theCentral District ofZabol County ,Sistan and Baluchestan province,Iran , serving as the administrative center forBonjar Rural District .[ 4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 3,619 in 847 households.[ 5] The following census in 2011 counted 4,088 people in 1,022 households.[ 6] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 3,760 people in 1,027 households.[ 2]
