Boli (Chinese:勃利;pinyin:Bólì) is a county of southeasternHeilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is the only county of theprefecture-level city ofQitaihe, the downtown area of which is about 32 kilometres (20 mi) to the east of the county seat.
There are fivesubdistricts, fivetowns and fivetownships in the county:[1]
The population of the district was 371,933 in 1999.[2]
