TheBohemian wind orböhm (German:Böhmwind orBöhmischer Wind) is akatabatic downslope wind, which occurs in EastBavaria, easternUpper Franconia, theVogtland, theOre Mountains,Upper Lusatia, theSudetes and the AustrianGranite and Gneiss Highland. It is associated with gusty, dry winds and low temperatures. The böhm carries hazy, often slightly dusty air from theBohemian Basin.
