Bogić Bogićević (Serbian Cyrillic:Богић Богићевић,pronounced[bǒgitɕbogîtɕeʋitɕ]; 18 April 1955 – 30 January 2017) was a Serbianfootball manager and player.[1]
During his footballing career as agoalkeeper, Bogićević played for his hometown clubBorac Čačak during the 1970s, as well as forZemun during the 1980s, making eight appearances in theYugoslav First League in the1982–83 season. He also spent some time withDinamo Pančevo andBežanija.[2]
After hanging up his boots, Bogićević started his managerial career as an assistant toĐorđe Gerum. He later served as manager of numerous clubs in his homeland, includingDonji Srem andJavor Ivanjica in theSerbian SuperLiga. Subsequently, Bogićević ledBorac Čačak (2013–14) andNapredak Kruševac (2015–16), achieving promotion to the top flight with both clubs.
