Robert Barry Neely (born November 9, 1953) is a Canadian former professionalice hockey player who played 283NHL games for theToronto Maple Leafs and theColorado Rockies.[1] He was drafted first overall in the1973 WHA Amateur Draft by theChicago Cougars,[2] and 10th overall by the Maple Leafs in theNHL Amateur Draft.[1] Neely opted to sign with the Maple Leafs.[3] In his five-season career, Neely scored 39goals and 59assists, with five goals and seven assists in 26 playoff games.[1]Bob also won a bronze medal for Team Canada 1978 in Moscow at theIzvestia Cup.
