Black Ink Crew: Los Angeles (formerly titledBlack Ink Crew: Compton) is an Americanreality television series that premiered onVH1 on August 14, 2019. It is theCompton-based spin-off ofBlack Ink Crew. It chronicles the daily operations and staff drama at an African American owned and operatedtattoo shop,IAM Compton, located inCompton, California.[1][2]
On May 8, 2023, VH1 announced that additional episodes of the second season would air from May 15, 2023, alongside the series rebrand toBlack Ink Crew: Los Angeles.[3]
