Biville-sur-Mer is a formercommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandyregion in northernFrance. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune ofPetit-Caux.[2]
Afarming village in thePays de Caux, bordered by cliffs overlooking theEnglish Channel, some 8 miles (13 km) northeast ofDieppe, at the junction of the D925 and the D313 roads.
