TheBishop of Lynn is anepiscopal title used by asuffragan bishop of theChurch of EnglandDiocese of Norwich, in theProvince of Canterbury,England.[1] The title takes its name after the town ofKing's Lynn inNorfolk; the See was erected under theSuffragans Nomination Act 1888 byOrder in Council dated 26 June 1963.[2] The Bishop of Lynn has particular oversight of theArchdeaconry of Lynn.[3]
The present bishop isJane Steen, who was consecrated atNorwich Cathedral on 23 June 2021.[4]
