Binte biluhuta is a poured boiled-sweet corn orcorn soup originates from theGorontalese cuisine,Sulawesi island,Indonesia.[1]

Binte biluhuta is a typical food ofGorontalese, which is referred toGorontalo people. Binte biluhuta is also known asMilu Siram in Gorontalo Malay language.[2]

Binte biluhuta is served hot withshredded coconut,basil leaves,shredded skipjack tuna, andshrimp.

National intangible cultural heritage

In 2016, Binte biluhuta as one ofIndonesian cuisine has become anational intangible cultural heritage of Indonesia, determined by theMinistry of Education and Culture,Republic of Indonesia.[3]
