InGreek mythology,Bias (/ˈbaɪ.əs/;Ancient Greek:Βίας;Latin:Biantes) may refer to the following characters:

• Bias, aMegarian prince as a son of KingLelex^[1] and brother toCleson andPterelaus.^[2] He was killed by his nephewPylas, also a Megarian king. After the murder, Pylas gave the kingdom to the deposed king ofAthens,Pandion and later founded the city ofPylos inPeloponnesus.^[3]
• Bias, son ofAmythaon and brother ofMelampus.^[4]
• Bias, son ofMelampus andIphianira thus a nephew of the earlier Bias.^[5] But his name has been proposed to read "Abas", another son of Melampus.^[6]
• Bias, one of theEpigoni and son ofParthenopaeus, one of theSeven Against Thebes.^[7]
• Bias, aTrojan prince as one of the sons of KingPriam ofTroy by other women.^[8] He was the father of two Trojan warriors,Laogonus andDardanus.^[9] In another account, Bias and his brothers,Dryops andChorithan, were instead slain byIdomeneus.^[10]
• Bias, an Athenian soldier who supportedMenestheus against the attacks ofHector.^[11]
• Bias, aPylian soldier who fought under their leaderNestor during theTrojan War.^[12]
• Bias, one of theSuitors ofPenelope who came fromDulichium along with other 56 wooers.^[13] He, with the other suitors, was slain byOdysseus with the aid ofEumaeus,Philoetius, andTelemachus.^[14]
