The BharatAdivasi Party won three seats in the2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election[1] and one seat in the2023 Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly election.[2] Party leader Roat wonChorasi Assembly constituency (Rajasthan) with a margin of more than 69,000 votes.

In2023 Rajasthan election the eci allottedHockey Bat and Ball, and won 4 seats also theMadhya Pradesh legislative election were simultaneously occurred with Rajasthan. In MP, the party contested inAuto Rickshaw symbol and As a result, the party able to gain one seat in Madhya Pradesh assembly. In2024 Indian general election the party was allied withI.N.D.I.A Alliance. And Contested one Seat inHockey Bat and Ball Symbol by the founderRajkumar Roat inBanswara and he successfully won the election. And In 2025, the eci recognizes BAP as State Party in Rajasthan.
