Benedikt Steffen Gimber (born 19 February 1997) is a German professionalfootballer who plays as acentre-back for1. FC Heidenheim.[2]
In June 2017, Gimber was loaned out toJahn Regensburg by1899 Hoffenheim.[3]
In May 2017, it was announced he would joinFC Ingolstadt 04 for the 2018–19 season having agreed a contract until 2021. The transfer fee paid to Hoffenheim was reported as €1 million.[4]
On 27 August 2019, he returned to Regensburg.[5]
