Ben Sugars (born 6 April 2001) is an Englishrugby union player, who played for theWaratahs inSuper Rugby. His preferred position ishooker.[1]
Born inLeeds, Sugars attended theUniversity of Nottingham.[2] With dual English and Australian nationality, Sugars moved to Australia in 2023 and joinedRandwick.[3]
Sugars originally made his debut at hometown sideYorkshire Carnegie before switching toNottingham while studying in the city.[4][5] Following moving to Australia, Sugars was called into theWaratahs squad ahead of Round 12 of the2024 Super Rugby Pacific season, making his debut against theBrumbies.[6] Following the season, he would sign forRFC Los Angeles for the2025 Major League Rugby season.[7]
