Behshahr County (Persian:شهرستانِ بِهْشَهْر)[a] is inMazandaran province, Iran on theCaspian Sea. Its capital is the city ofBehshahr.[5]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the county's population was 154,957 in 40,432 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 155,247 people in 46,100 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the county as 168,769 in 55,140 households.[4]
