Thediscography ofBedouin Soundclash, a Canadianalternative rock band, consists of fivestudio albums, oneextended play and 12singles. The group was founded in 2001 byJay Malinowski, Eon Sinclair and Pat Pengelly while studying atQueen's University inKingston, Ontario.[1] Their debut studio albumRoot Fire was released independently that year. It is a hybrid of genres, combiningreggae,soul andAfrican tribal music.[2]

Bedouin Soundclash then worked extensively with producerDaryl Jenifer of the bandBad Brains in recording their second studio albumSounding a Mosaic.[3] Released in September 2004, it reached number nine on the United StatesBillboard Top Reggae Albums chart.,[4] and wascertified platinum byMusic Canada (MC).[5] Three singles were released from the album: "When the Night Feels My Song", "Shelter" and "Gyasi Went Home". "When the Night Feels My Song" was the only single to chart, peaking at number 24 in theUnited Kingdom.[6]

The band released their third studio album,Street Gospels, in August 2007, which featured collaborations withMoney Mark andWade MacNeil.[1] The album peaked at number two on theCanadian Albums Chart and was certified gold by Music Canada.[5][7] Five singles were released from the album, with "Walls Fall Down" charting at number six on theBillboardCanadian Hot 100.

In 2009, Pengelly left Bedouin Soundclash[8] and was replaced bySekou Lumumba on the band's fourth studio albumLight the Horizon, released in September 2010.[9] It reached number 14 in Canada. Three singles were released from the album: "Mountain Top", "Elongo" and "Brutal Hearts", a collaboration withCœur de pirate.
