Banda is aconstituency of theparliament ofGhana, located in theBanda District in theBono Region. Ahmed Ibrahim became firstmember of parliament for the constituency when he was elected on theticket of theNational Democratic Congress (NDC), winning 52.8% of the votes[2] The constituency was among 45 constituencies created before the2012 Ghanaian general election.[3]
