TheBall State Cardinals baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team ofBall State University inMuncie, Indiana, United States.[2] The team is a member of theMid-American Conference West division, which is part of theNational Collegiate Athletic Association'sDivision I. Ball State's first baseball team was fielded in 1920. The team plays its home games atBall Diamond inMuncie, Indiana. The Cardinals are coached byRich Maloney.
