Balc (Hungarian:Bályok) is acommune located inBihor County,Crișana,Romania. It is composed of five villages: Almașu Mare (Kozmaalmás), Almașu Mic (Szóvárhegy), Balc, Ghida (Berettyódéda) and Săldăbagiu de Barcău (Szoldobágy).
