TheBai people are an ethnic group speaking theBai language inSouth Sudan. The Bai language is aNiger–Congo language. Several thousand persons belong to this group. The Bai people mostly inhabit theSouthern Sudanese state ofWestern Bahr el Ghazal.^[1]
