Bahram Mavaddat (Persian:بهرام مودت; born 30 January 1950) is a retiredIranian football player.
Mavaddat started his professional career forShahin F.C. After playing forPaykan F.C., he changed toPersepolis F.C., where he won theIranian championships in 1974 and in1976 and reach the runner-up position in1975.[citation needed]
In 1976, he changed toSepahan F.C., where he played his two last seasons before retiring.
He played for theIran national football team and was the second-choice Goal Keeper at the1978 FIFA World Cup.
Mavaddat joined thePeople's Mujahedin of Iran, an opposition political party after theIranian Revolution together withHassan Nayebagha and now is one of the members of theNational Council of Resistance of Iran.
