BD1060 orN-[2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)ethyl]-1-pyrrolidineethanamine is a selectivesigma receptorantagonist, with a reportedbinding affinity ofKi = 3 ± 0.1 nM for thesigma-1 receptor and greater than 50 times selectivity over thesigma-2 receptor.[1]

Like othersigma receptorantagonists, pretreating Swiss Webster mice with BD1060 significantly reduces the behavioral toxicity of cocaine.[1]
