Buyyani Manohar Reddy (born 1965)[1] is an Indian politician fromTelangana state. He is a member of theTelangana Legislative Assembly fromTandur Assembly constituency inVikarabad district. He representsIndian National Congress and won the2023 Telangana Legislative Assembly election.[2]
Reddy is fromTandur. His late father Buyyani Balkistha Reddy was a farmer. He passed Secondary School Certificate (Class X) fromZilla Parishad High School,Kulkacharla, Parigi,Vikarabad district.[1]
In October 2023, Reddy resigned fromBharat Rashtra Samithi and joined Congress. Earlier, he also served as DCCB chairman in the erstwhileRanga Reddy district. He won fromTandur Assembly constituency representingIndian National Congress in the2023 Telangana Legislative Assembly election. He polled 84,662 votes and defeated his nearest rival,Pilot Rohith Reddy ofBharat Rashtra Samithi, by a margin of 6,583 votes.[3][4][5]
