Auvilliers (French pronunciation:[ovilje]) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandyregion in northernFrance.
A smallfarming village situated in thePays de Caux, some 26 miles (42 km) southeast ofDieppe, at the junction of the D59 and D7 roads, just to the north of theN29 and theA29 autoroute. It was here thatpetit-suisse cheese was first produced.
