TheAutosport Awards are a series of awards presented by Britishmotorsport magazineAutosport to drivers, constructors, executives and promoters for achievements that season inauto racing andrallying.
Select awards are voted for by the general public via a readers' poll, with others chosen by a panel of experts. The awards have been presented every year since 1982. They were traditionally held in December each year at theGrosvenor House Hotel inMayfair. For the 2024 edition, they moved to theRoundhouse inCamden and hosted the awards the following January.
The Autosport Awards were founded by Britishmotorsport magazineAutosport in 1982, when the magazine requested its readers voted on eight categories, includingInternational Racing Driver,International Rally Driver,National Racing Driver,National Rally Driver, andBritish Competition Driver.[1] The event was first hosted in-person in 1988, and was traditionally held at theGrosvenor House Hotel inMayfair each December until 2023. For the 2024 edition, the ceremony moved to theRoundhouse inCamden, which hosted the awards in January 2025.[2]

There were 12 categories awarded by the magazine in 2024—four of which selected by popular vote and the balance chosen by a panel of experts,[3] includingAutosport journalists:
In 2008, theNational Racing Driver of the Year andNational Rally Driver of the Year categories merged to form theNational Driver of the Year award. The winner receives thePaul Warwick Memorial Trophy.
