Ancient town of Locris Epicnemidia

Augeiae orAugeiai (Ancient Greek:Αὐγειαί)[1] was an ancient town ofLocris Epicnemidia, nearScarpheia, mentioned byHomer in theCatalogue of Ships in theIliad,[2] but which had disappeared in the time ofStrabo and its territory had been taken by Scarpheia.[3]

Its site is unlocated.[4]
