Ancient town in Turkey

Astragon was a town ofancient Caria in the territory ofStratonicea. It was a point of contest between theRhodians andMacedonians in their war (c. 190 BCE).[1]

Its site is tentatively located nearElmacık,Asiatic Turkey.[2][3]
