Asiliyah (Arabic:عسيلة, also known asUsaylah orAsila) is a village in northernSyria, administratively part of theRastan District, located north ofHoms on the southern banks of theOrontes River. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Asiliyah had a population of 360 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyCircassians from theBzhedug andShapsugh tribes.[2]
