Asado rolls, also calledasado buns orbaked siopao, is aFilipinobread roll filled with savory-sweetpork asado. It is similar to the asadosiopao except it is baked (not steamed). The top can either be covered with anegg wash, bread crumbs, or sprinkled withsesame seeds.[1][2][3][4]
