MajorArthur Loftus (1724 - 1781) ofDorset Street, Dublin was anAnglo-Irish Member of Parliament in theIrish House of Commons from 1768 until his death in 1781, having previously served in the22nd Regiment of Foot for 26 years mostly in North America.[1]
