Summer Olympics appearances (overview)

Argentina competed at the2024 Summer Olympics inParis from 26 July to 11 August 2024. Since the nation's official debut in1900, Argentine athletes have competed in every edition of the Summer Olympic Games except for three occasions: the sparsely attendedSt. Louis 1904 andStockholm 1912; andMoscow 1980 as part of theUnited States-led boycott.

On 3 July 2024, theArgentine Olympic Committee appointed the volleyball playerLuciano De Cecco and the field hockey playerRocío Sánchez Moccia as the flag bearers to opening ceremony.[1]
