TheArchitectural Woodwork Institute (AWI), founded in 1953, is an Americanprofessional trade association. Member companies are the fabricators of fine finishedwoodwork,millwork, andfurniture. AWI has published a Standard of Care for woodworking since 1961, called theQuality Standards Illustrated.
