Town of ancient Phrygia

Appolena was a town of ancientPhrygia, inhabited duringRoman andByzantine times.[1] Its name does not occur in ancient authors, but is inferred fromepigraphic and other evidence.[1]

Its site is located nearTezkalesi inAnatolia.[1][2]
