Anne B. Charnock is an American politician serving as aRepublican member of theWest Virginia Senate for the17th district.[1] In February 2025, she was appointed by governorPatrick Morrisey to fill the vacancy left byEric Nelson.[2] She is an attorney who formerly served as a judge on the Municipal Court ofCharleston for 12 years.[2] She attendedGeorge Washington High School in Charleston, West Virginia, and graduated fromWest Virginia University with both aBachelor of Arts and aJuris Doctor.[1]
