Anna Westberg (14 September 1946 – 26 October 2005) was a Swedish journalist, novelist and non-fiction writer.[1] She grew up inOvansjö socken [sv] inGästrikland.[2] She made her literary debut in 1978, with the novelParadisets döttrar. Her major literary breakthrough was in 1980 with the novelWalters hus, which earned her theSvenkaDagbladets Litteraturpris.[3][3] She co-edited the two-volumeKvinnornas litteraturhistoria from 1981/1983.[4] She was awarded theDobloug Prize in 1992.[5]
