Angelo Santucci (born February 5, 1951) is a Canadian former professionalfootballrunning back for theHamilton Tiger-Cats,Edmonton Eskimos andOttawa Rough Riders from 1975 to 1984.
Santucci played university football for theSt. Mary's Huskies starting in 1971.[1]
Some of his career highlights include being theMost Outstanding Rookie nominee in 1975 for theHamilton Tiger-Cats, and winning fiveGrey Cup Championships withEdmonton Eskimos from 1978 to 1982. In the 1978 Grey Cup game, Santucci was selected as the Outstanding Canadian being awarded with theDick Suderman Trophy.[2]
