TheAndrewsiphiinae is an extinct subfamily ofearly whales of thefamilyRemingtonocetidae. Thiewessen & Bajpai (2009)[1] proposed the clade whenAndrewsiphius andKuchicetus were accepted as separate genera.[2]Kuchicetus was originally synonymized withAndrewsiphius in 2001 byGingerichet al.,[3] but later authors, however, still accept both as separate genera.[2]
