Andreas is a village in the southeast corner ofSchuylkill County,Pennsylvania, inWest Penn Township onRoute 895. A small part of Andreas is also inEast Penn Township inCarbon County. TheLizard Creek flows eastward through the village to theLehigh River. Andreas lies at the northern foot ofBlue Mountain inZIP Code 18211.
The village and surrounds are geographically closer toAllentown andBethlehem than to the Schuylkill County seat atPottsville. Andreas is part of theLehigh Valley, which has a population of 861,899 and is the 69th most populated metropolitan area in the U.S.
