Carol Andrea Kevichüsa (/ˈkɛvitʃsə/; born 18 February 2001) is an Indian model and actress. She made her acting debut withAnek in 2022 alongsideAyushmann Khurrana, for which she won theFilmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She also appeared in season 3 ofThe Family Man.
Carol Andrea Kevichüsa was born on 18 February 2001 inKohima, Nagaland.[2] Her father is anAngami Naga fromKhonoma, and also hasMizo ancestry. Her mother is ofAo Naga descent. She is the youngest of five sisters.[3] Kevichüsa attendedLittle Flower Higher Secondary School in Kohima.[4]
Kevichüsa started modelling in 2016 at age of 15 after she was scouted by a modelling agency.[5][6]
Kevichüsa has worked with fashion designers likeSabyasachi Mukherjee and several other notable brands. She has also worked forKatrina Kaif’s cosmetic line, Kay Beauty and has been featured in editorials of magazines such asVogue India,Elle,Femina, and on the covers ofFilmfare,Grazia,Lucire,[7] andHarper's Bazaar.[8]
In 2022, Kevichüsa made her film debut withAnek.[5] The film is written and directed byAnubhav Sinha.[9][10] Kevichüsa plays the role of a North East Indian boxer.[11] Kevichüsa won the 2023Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for her role in the film.[12]
In 2025, she featured in thePrime Video showThe Family Man, playing the role of Nima.[13]
