Amy Neighbors (born November 12, 1975) is an American politician who has served as a member of theKentucky House of Representatives since January 2023. She representsKentucky's 21st House district, which includesAdair,Cumberland,Metcalfe, andMonroe Counties. She is the first woman to ever representMetcalfe County in the House.[1]

Neighbors graduated from Metcalfe County High School in 1994, and earned aBachelor of Science in health care administration fromWestern Kentucky University in 1999.[2][3] She is a retirednursing home administrator.[1]

2022 Neighbors won the 2022 Republican primary with 3,609 votes (33.2%) against a crowded field of four opponents. Neighbors was unopposed in the2022 Kentucky House of Representatives election, winning with 13,283 votes. She assumed office on January 1, 2023.[2]

2024 Neighbors was unopposed in the 2024 Republican primary and won the2024 Kentucky House of Representatives election with 18,175 votes (82.5%) againstDemocratic candidate Jeffery Humble.[2]
