All Star Junior Festival USA 2023 was aninterpromotionalprofessional wrestling event organized byNew Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) that aired onNJPW Worldpay-per-view. It took place on August 19, 2023, at the2300 Arena inPhiladelphia,Pennsylvania. The event was produced byNJPW wrestlersHiromu Takahashi andRocky Romero, and featured the participation ofjunior heavyweight wrestlers representing variouspromotions from around the world.

On April 16, 2023,New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) officially announced the All Star Junior USA Festival.[1] The event was produced by NJPW'sHiromu Takahashi andRocky Romero, and featuredjunior heavyweight wrestlers from differentJapanese and internationalpromotions.

The event featured tenprofessional wrestling matches, which involved different wrestlers from pre-existingscriptedfeuds,plots, andstorylines. Wrestlers portrayedheroes,villains, orless distinguishable characters in scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match.
